It's been 7 weeks and there has been no improvement :(
I hate this so much.
SO SO SO MUCH.
He is red, itchy, covered in red lumpy large welt-like patches, excessively dry on his feet with thick crusty skin and cracks.
I don't understand it. I don't understand why he isn't making any improvement.
There have been a few slip ups but he has made no further improvement since the intial stages of getting better in the first few weeks - he even doesn't look as good as then..... I think the only difference between now and then is that he was having lysine (with vitamin c and zinc in it) and I guess that was really helping him. But that pisses me off because he must still be eating something that is aggravating him or his stomach isn't healing enough to stop reacting to everything. GRRRRRRRRRR!
He needs more healing (to stop the inflammmation and histamine)
He needs more moistursing (internally).
So he needs more gelatine, stock, probiotics, vitamin C and a good fish oil .... i think.
I think I need to revisit the exclusions for auto immune and low histamine.....
Meanwhile I am PISSED OFF, UPSET and feel so ripped off that other people heal on this goddam diet and he isn't. It is so fucking unfair.
